Lots of good stuff happening in this arc. Beanie Maul’s nemesis search includes the first appearances of The Dangler, Mail-Man and Nemico, as well as the senseless slaughter of countless innocent squirrels. The last four strips where Matt attempts to draw his own comic also feature some old characters I “created” in elementary school. This arc was published in SMU’s Daily Campus from February to May 2001.
